“Barbarossa Superior” is a premium wine obtained from the grape variety Teran, from Motovun hills with an altitude of 300 to 400 meters above sea level.
70% of grapes are dehydrated on vines in the vineyard and 30% on straw.
Vinification is separated, and after fermentation it ages for 2 years in French wooden barrels.
The wine is ruby red in colour, it smells of pleasant ripe red fruits.
You can feel the liquor cherry flavours with a touch of black chocolate and a little bit of tobacco.
On the taste of a very fresh, dense and full body, very pleasant ripe tannins, ripe berries and you can feel a pleasant dose of green pepper.
It is recommended to be paired with aged red meat steaks.
