SAN PANCRAZIO

Sparkling wine “San Pancrazio” is a sparkling red wine obtained from the Teran variety.

After 12 months of maturation in barrique barrels, this secondary fermentation is aged for 36 months on yeasts.

Fruity aromas are dominated by the aroma of berries, then the spicy notes and the aroma of vanilla are expressed.

There are pronounced tannins and strong structures, therefore, it pairs comfortably with meat-based dishes.
