This wine of crystal bistroke is reminiscent of the smell of elderflower, which is well complemented by herbal notes of freshly cut grass.

The flavour is fresh, at first of a pronounced acidity, which later on gives this wine a long-lasting balance in the mouth due to being very well balanced with minerality.

This Sauvignon blanc pairs perfectly with fish, cheeses, white meats and seafood.
