NERA

Malvasia “Nera” is a premium wine, with a burgundy colour with a grenade glare that after 30-40 days of maceration ages in oak barrique barrels for 18-24 months.

Due to the drying of clusters on the vines, it has a higher concentration of sugar and extract, which later results in a powerful, complex wine with pronounced notes of ripe red fruit, dried leaves, mint.

It pairs perfectly with veal, an octopus under the bell prepared with Mediterranean herbs.
