Malvasia “Avangarde” is a fine wine obtained exclusively from the Malvasia variety from Motovun vineyards.

It is a wine of great potential that, according to the content of aromatic components, we can classify into a group of semi-aromatic varieties with a large floral-fruit aromatic potential.

It has a specific discreet aroma reminiscent of a green apple, and there are citrus notes and equally important floral notes.

Malvasia “Avangarde” has a yellow colour with a greenish glare, and we recommend pairing it with excellent dishes based on black truffle, white fish and shellfish as well as white meat prepared with sauces made from herbs.
